Alexei Nikolaevich (12 August 1904 [O.S. 30 July] – 17 July 1918) of the House of Romanov, was the Tsesarevich and heir apparent to the throne of the Russian Empire. He was the youngest child and only son of Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra Feodorovna. He was born with hemophilia; his mother's reliance on the starets Grigori Rasputin to treat the disease helped bring about the end of the Romanov dynasty. After the February Revolution of 1917, he and his family were sent into internal exile in Tobolsk, Siberia. He was murdered alongside his parents, four sisters, and three retainers during the Russian Civil War by order of the Bolshevik government, though rumors that he had survived persisted until the 2007 discovery of his and one of his sisters' remains. The family was formally interred on 17 July 1998—the eightieth anniversary of the murder—and were canonized as passion bearers by the Russian Orthodox Church in 2000. Thomas de Beauchamp, 11th Earl of Warwick (14 February 1313 – November 13,1369) was an English nobleman and military commander during the Hundred Years' War. Warwick was Marshall of England from 1343/4 until 1369, and was one of the commanders at the great English victories at Crecy and Poitiers. Thomas de Beauchamp & Katherine Mortimer effigies in Warwick St. Mary's churchThomas Beauchamp fought in all the French wars of King Edward III: commanded at the Battle of Crecy: was guardian of the sixteen-year-old Black Prince: fought at Poitiers in 1356 and at the Siege of Calais where he died of plague. The height of the cat 1.97 in, width (front view) 1.46 in, width (side view) 1.26 in. In the workshop Terracotta GRYF, there are mostly serious works. I wanted to create something unusual and fun. I present to your attention an unusual figurine of a Sphinx rat. Its height is 20mm, length is 82mm.  The Sphinx rat is an attentive, peaceful creature. I have never come across a figurine like this so I decided to create it. This miniature sculpture is made from a mixture of two clays, white and terracotta. I tried to create skin color for realism. I think I got it. This cute little statue has clearly visible folds, pimples on the body, a textured tail. The eyes are made of black clay. These details create a realistic figure. To the touch, the rat is smooth, pleasant and with a pronounced texture. The rat is not afraid of boiling water and will gladly accompany your tea ceremony. But keep in mind that when pouring tea, it will absorb it and become darker over time. It depends on the intensity of pouring tea and its variety (color). I hope you, like me, will like this unusual figurine in a single copy. The rat is handmade with love and will bring you good luck and good mood. The dragon figurine is 35mm high, 64mm long. Made of natural clay by hand, painted with a brush. After the first firing in an electric kiln, the dragon was covered with transparent glaze and once again underwent firing. This is the third dragon (there were five similar but different colors), there is a number at the bottom of the figure. Netsuke Karako (a Chinese little boy) is the wish of a male heir who would occupy a high social position and thus will bring prosperity to the family. Karako is considered a benevolent symbol, bringing happiness, luck and well-being. In addition to this, the joyful boy is depicted with the sacred fish Tai, which on its tail brings happiness. The baby and the fish are made of red terracotta clay, covered with black glaze. The glaze did not color the figure but only emphasized the lines. The boy’s robe is covered with bright yellow-orange glaze. In front of you is a very beautiful original product. In 1332, in the conditions of Edward Balliol intrusion, Archibald has been elected by the regent of Scotland at juvenile David II Bruce. Having headed armies of supporters of Bruces, Archibald has broken Edward Balliol army in battle at Annan on December, 17th, 1332 and has superseded Balliol from the country. In 1333 the army of English king Edward III which has besieged Berik has intruded in Scotland. Armies of Archibald Douglas have hastened to the aid of the besieged city, but have been broken in the battle at Halidon-Hille on July, 19th, 1333, and Archibald is killed. Son of Archibald Douglas, William, has received in 1358 from king David II title the earl of Douglas and there was the line founder «Red Duglas», the future earls of Angus and dukes Hamilton. Poppo von Osterna (died 1267) was the ninth Grand Master of the Teutonic Knights. Poppo von Osterna (died November 6, 1267) was the ninth Grand Master of the Teutonic order (1253 1256). Poppo von Osterna is from a rich family of knightly traditions that resides in Osternohe near Nuremberg in Franconia. He joined the Teutonic order in 1228, it is one of the brothers settle in Prussia. He became Master of Prussia in 1240 and took part in the battle of Legnica 1241, although the participation of the Teutonic Knights in battle is questionable. In 1242 Poppo travels to Austria with a German legation to raise money to fund the war against Świętopełk Pomeranian II. 1248 1253 Poppo lies in Germany, becoming the ninth Grand Master in 1253 despite pro-papale minority that prefer Wilhelm von Urenbach (in). The new Grand Master of the order moved to Prussia and combat the Yotvingians (in). It takes a Bohemian Ottokar II using crusade in situated in 1254.
