Payments and Shipping
Our e-commerce site allows buyers and sellers to use various forms of payments on Lavky.com and Lavky's mobile app. Our buyers and sellers can pay with, and accept payment though, PayPal, or credit card, or debit card — all in their domestic currencies. All payments are made through our secure checkout process.

Our marketplace will provide the buyers with notifications of the changes in the status of the order. Every time the order status is updated by the vendor a notification will be automatically distributed to the buyer. The email that will be sent to the buyer will include the merchant name, the order number and the status of the order. Each notification will be sent to the buyer’s email address and include the invoice for the order. The order number is the link to the Order Information page.
Our e-commerce platform offers the following popular options for shipping: Ukrainian Post, USPS, UPS, and Economy Shipping. All sellers represented on our e-commerce platform are responsible for sending goods to the address received from the buyer’s PayPal account after the buyer has paid for the order. Our sellers have an opportunity to offer their own options for shipping delivery and our buyers are given the option to select the shipping method during their secure checkout process. We offer direct address shipping that will deliver the parcel right to your home door. Overall time of the delivery might take somewhat between 2 and 21 days.
Tracking your Order
Our buyers have the opportunity to track the statuses of their orders via the tracking option “Track my Orders” on the dropdown menu under “Login” on the Lavky.com main page. Buyers have an option to track their orders either by entering the order number or their email address. The email will be sent either to the email address entered or to the email address associated with the order number. The email will include the invoice for the order. Clicking on the order number will transfer the buyer to the Order Information page.
Tracking your Shipment
With every status change the email will be sent to the buyer’s email address. Within the email, the buyer will be able to find the order number, which is the link to the Order Information page. When the order status will be updated to “Shipped”, the Order Information page will include the tracking number to track the parcel itself. All the parcels can be tracked on the universal postal site, https://www.17track.net/en that provides designated tracking for the top shipment companies.
Our e-commerce site offers three options for the buyers to communicate with the vendor:
- For any questions, buyers might have about products, delivery, or other options we encourage our buyers to communicate to the vendors directly via the ”+Email seller” button. This button can be found either on the Seller’s storefront or on each product’s main page.
- Another way to communicate is during the secure checkout process where there is an option to leave a comment for the vendor.
- On the Order Information page, the buyers are given the opportunity to communicate to the vendor as well via the “contact seller” option.
In case there are more questions about the order or the delivery, our buyers are welcome to write to the support group using the firstname.lastname@example.org email. All questions submitted to the support group are responded to right away.
