A rare vintage bust-statue of the Ukrainian writer, poet, artist, and one of the historical leaders of the Ukrainian nation - Taras Shevchenko. ******The set measures****** height - 3.93 " (10 cm) width - 3.14" (8 cm) depth - 1.96" (5 cm) The material is artistic bakelite (white composite plastic, commonly used in the mid-20th century for crafting art objects and decor due to its resemblance to marble and bone). Additionally, the presence of the "Made in USSR" mark on the back of the bust suggests that it was intended for sale to foreign tourists or for export from the USSR.
