He studied at the Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts, where he received the basics of art education. Teacher: V.I. Shuhaev. In 2000 he became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. In 2001 his paintings were exhibited in Santa Barbara (California, USA). His paintings are represented in Ukrainian museums and private collections in Canada, UK, Ukraine, USA and Germany. Nestor Mitrofanovich died in 2007.

Let me introduce you to the incredible Engraved bone art by Inuit and Yupik, Uelen, Rarity original USSR Chukotka composition, 41 cm, 0.43 kg, handmade Far North art of Bering Strait.  The figurine is old and in good condition corresponding to grade and age, there are some traces of time.  Uelen’s and Magadan's (Chukotka) craftworks are perhaps most famous for their detailed engraving on the bone which often depicts their legends and scenes of traditional activities like legends, hunting, and reindeer herding.  There is no handwritten indication on the bone.

Uelen’s and Magadan (Chukotka) craftworks are perhaps most famous for their detailed engraving on bone which often depicts their legends as well as scenes of traditional activities like legends, hunting and reindeer herding.   There is a handwritten indication on the bone cut "Village Uelen, engraver Irgutegina G., price is 82 rubles". There is the dedication That was Attempted to the be removed on w / t " Zorich MN for long-term flawless work on the day of the 50th anniversary, the city of Magadan, the port of Nagaevo, 05/29/1972 ”- see photo №10. Irgutegina (Eines, before wedding) Galina Ivanovna, born in 1945, female, chukchi, engraver, Honoured Artist of Russia, worked at the Uelen Workshop from 1967 to 1996, since 1996 worked at home in Uelen. Her works are to be found at the museumsin Moscow, Anadyr, Uelen.
