Hibou the Smart Owl is a Furby knock-off that was created by Readboy in Indonesia. This Hibou was distributed via Play Smart Russia and therefore speaks Russian. I have not tested all his functions and do not know how to test. But he speaks, moves eyes & beak, repeats voice commands etc. So, he appears to be OK and may just need to be cleaned by yourself. The buyer is responsible for reading descriptions and reviewing pictures.
