ZIS-110B (ЗИС-110Б), 1949-1957 USSR. Vintage. Collectible car model 1/43 Children's car. Rare. Mini car. Old car. The ZIS-110B was produced in the USSR 1949-1957. A total of 40 cars were produced. The ZIS-110B owes its appearance to Stalin, who preferred open cars - convertibles and phaetons. Considering the personal preferences of Stalin, who was accustomed to American Packard cars, the Packard Super Eight 180 1942 model year was taken as the basis for the future ZIS. However, the ZIS-110B went down in history, first of all, as the first car for commanders of military parades on the Red Square of the USSR. In addition to Red Square, in 1950, on the ZIS-110B phaeton, the commander of the Pacific Fleet, Rear Admiral N.G. Kuznetsov hosted a military parade in Vladivostok. On April 4 of the same year, the ZIS-110B participated in a detour of troops at a parade in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. 3 copies were sent to the Czech Republic for parades. Model made in China by DeAGOSTINI, 1/43 scale. The body of the model is made of metal, the rest of the material is plastic. Model in good vintage condition. The model was kept in a special rack. ZIL-4104 is a Soviet luxury car with a limousine body, produced in 1978-1983. It is a modernization and restyling of the ZIL-114 generation. ZIL-4104 became the last car used by the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee L. I. Brezhnev. In total, from 1978 to 1983, 106 ZIL-4104 vehicles were built in various modifications. Separate modernized versions of the ZIL-4104 were produced until 2000. Information on some modifications is still classified. The car body is a closed all-metal four-door seven-seater with three rows of limousine-type seats. The front fenders are removable, the rear fenders are welded. The front cabin is separated from the passenger compartment by a lifting glass partition. The two middle seats are reclining. The car had two, for the front and rear salons, independent heating and air conditioning systems, electric windows, an all-wave stereo radio with a tape recorder and six speakers, and individual lighting lamps for each passenger. All glass is three-layer, tinted. For ease of boarding and disembarking, the doorways are made large and high. The cabin door had two handles from the inside for opening either by the passenger himself or by an assistant sitting in a folding seat. Body parts were made by hand and individually adjusted to each other during assembly. The body was covered with 9-15 layers of paint with intermediate drying and polishing of each layer. The passenger compartment was designed to suit the individual tastes of the future “owner”; the doors, window frames and front panel were finished with Karelian birch veneer, the seats were upholstered in velor. ZIL-4102, 1988, USSR. Vintage. Collectible car model. Children's car. Rare. Mini car. Old car. Work on the ZIL-4102 began in the mid-80s, the new executive car was conceived as a replacement for the ZIL-4104 limousine (1978-1983), which had already begun to age by that time. At the initial stage, the project was supported by Mikhail Gorbachev - ZIL-4102 fit well into the context of the "wind of change", and one of the characteristics of the project was called democratic design. Cars were taken as the basis for the ZIL-4102: the British Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit limousine, the Swedish Volvo 760 and the American Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine. As a result, the ZIL-4102 turned out to be something similar to these three models. By 1988, two copies were made: black and gold. These cars served Mikhail Gorbachev and the top leaders of the Communist Party. The black car was given the nickname "Misha", the second - "Raisa" (Gorbachev's wife). Model made in China by DeAGOSTINI, 1/43 scale. The body of the model is made of metal, the rest of the material is plastic. Model in good vintage condition. ZAZ-968M, 1979-1994. The people quickly dubbed the car a “soap box” because of its similar shape. Fuel tank capacity - 40 l. On the 968M model, unlike the previous model, the partition in the trunk separating the space for the spare wheel was removed, and the “spare wheel” was moved to the engine compartment, to the right of the engine. Since the end of 1991, it returned back to the trunk, and its place was taken by the battery, transferred from the trunk. The location of the battery has also changed - previously it was to the right of the spare tire, but on the 968M it moved to the left side of the trunk. The disadvantages of this model are that the air duct that supplies warm air to the feet of the rear passengers has disappeared, the back of the rear seat has moved back, making it uncomfortable for tall passengers to sit in the back. The ZAZ-968M turned out to be strikingly similar in appearance to the German NSU Prinz IV of 1961. Model made in China by DeAGOSTINI, 1/43 scale. The body of the model is made of metal, the rest of the material is plastic. Model in good vintage condition. The model was kept in a special rack. A perfect piece for collectors or as a gift for a child. State of the photo. The color in the photo may vary depending on the monitor's settings and light reflection. The Yak-3 is a Soviet single-engine fighter aircraft, a single-seat, single-engine piston fighter-monoplane of mixed design. Some of the aircraft's components were made of wood and canvas (wings), while others were made of metal. Years of production 1944-1946. In the summer of 1942, in the battles near Stalingrad, the German army saw FW-190 fighters, which were significantly superior to USSR aircraft in speed, climb rate and armament. A fighter was needed that could compete on equal terms with the latest modifications of German aircraft. To create the fighter, the Yak-1 aircraft was taken as a basis. The first aircraft entered the USSR army in July 1944. One of the regiments that received the Yak-3, 41 aircraft, was on a mission to gain air superiority in the Lviv offensive operation. In the regiment, the share of experienced pilots was 60%, and 40% participated in battles for the first time. In the first three weeks there were seven encounters with German aircraft. A total of 23 aircraft were shot down: 3 Ju-87, 14 Bf-109G, 6 FW-190A. The regiment's combat losses were two fighters, three were shot down by anti-aircraft artillery fire. The Yak-3 showed itself most successfully in the fight against enemy fighter aircraft. Using it to cover ground troops and escort bombers was impractical due to the limited supply of fuel. In 1944, 90 aircraft were lost, in 1945, 25 aircraft. The problem of the fighter was its low flight range (the average duration of a combat mission was 40-45 minutes, taking into account the 20% fuel reserve), and the instrumentation made night flights impossible. A total of 4,848 aircraft were produced. Armament is a 20-mm automatic cannon and two 12.7-mm rapid-fire cannons . Operation of the Yak-3 outside the USSR: Albania: in the late 1940s, several Yak-3 aircraft, removed from service with the Yugoslav Air Force, were transferred to the Albanian Air Force without approval from the USSR. VAZ-1111 "Oka" is a Soviet passenger car of Group I of an especially small class. "Oka" was produced from 1987 to 2008. In total, about 700 thousand cars were produced. At first, the safety of the car was a concern due to its small size. According to the results of some crash tests, the Oka scores higher than VAZ Zhiguli cars, which, according to the manufacturer, partially debunks the existing myth about the Oka as a “death capsule.” However, it must be taken into account that in a real accident, the mass of the car has a huge impact, which is very small in the Oka. The most significant drawback is the short front end. The spare tire is located under the hood, which affects the deformation of the interior in a frontal collision. Due to the wide doorways, the thresholds cannot withstand strong impacts. Due to poor quality welding, there have been cases of rupture of body parts. Despite this, the car was in demand due to its small dimensions and was considered a small family car. In November 2008, the production of Oka was stopped due to its unprofitability. By the end of the year, the remaining commercial vehicles were sold, and since March 2009, the plant that produced these vehicles has been in a state of conservation and has sold off its equipment.
