There is a small scratch on the front lens. Has no effect on the quality of the images. Excellent sharpness at closed aperture. Good color rendering without distortion. Coated optics, optical image plane shift compensation. Very good at shooting genre scenes in black and white photography. The Rubin-1 is a zoom lens based on the Voigtländer Zoomar formula. The maximum aperture is f/2.8 and it has a focal length range of 37mm to 80mm. The Rubyn-1 has 14 elements in 11 groups. It's the standard lens that comes with the Zenit 6 camera.
