Oil painting on fiberboard. 100% original hand painted fine art. Size 8.3 х 7 inches; depth 0.12 inches (179х212 mm). The painting was created in 2021. (Piranga olivacea) A beautiful little bird, the scarlet tanager, sits on its nest. It is surrounded by forest trees with berries and needles. Please note that the colors in the picture may vary, depending your monitor settings!!!!!!!!! My picture is a panel painting (Fibreboard). The advantage of fiberboard is that it is difficult to accidentally damage the picture by making a dent or puncture. But you do not need to throw a picture from a great height in the corner of the picture. In this work, we used a textured oil painting paste (to create a nest and berries). This made it possible to create very voluminous elements. Palette knife and brush strokes and texture can be seen in the close-ups.
