Their principle of operation is based on the reflected high frequency sound. Then manually alternate and one-by-one connect the "-" wire from each step to the "-" terminal of the power supply. Make sure that all steps work correctly and there is no wire shortage. Also, make sure that there is no problem in the soldering points of the LED strips. If the tapes are mounted on a metal base, pay attention that the tapes do not close on the ground.
