Ceramic plate hand painted. plate diameter 8 1/4 inches (21 cm.)  The author’s painting of the plate is made underglaze paint covered with transparent glaze.  The back side of the plate is processed in the traditional Ukrainian way - milking (the plate is soaked with milk and then fired again so that it does not absorb water where there is no glaze), which gives it a special vintage style.  A unique rustic style will decorate any interior or table setting. This plate combines the past and the present - modern vintage.
