John of Eltham, 1 st Earl of Cornwall (15 August 1316 - 13 September 1336) was the second sound of Edward II of England and Isabella of France. He was the heir to the French throne from the date of the abdication of his father (25 January 1327) to the birth of his nephew Edward of Woodstock (15 June 1330). John of Eltham, born August 25, 1316, died on September 13, 1336 was the son of Édouard II, King of England and France Isabelle. It was 1328 1336 Cornwall County. He was born in Eltham, near London, and was created 6 October 1328 County of Cornwall. He died in Perth, Scotland, at age 20. Edward III of Bar (late June 1377 - 25 October 1415, Agincourt) was made marquis of Pont-a-Mousson by his father Robert I of Bar in 1399 (his mother was Marie Valois, daughter of John II of France) and held it until his death He then became heir to the duchy of Bar following the death of his elder brothers Henry and Philippe at or soon after the battle of Nicopolis in 1396. In 1405, Charles VI of France charged him with defending the Boulonnais, then threatened by the English. At the end of 1406 he participated in the Guyenne campaign under the orders of Louis of Orleans, but dysentry decimated the French forces. After Louis's assassination in 1407, Edward joined John the Fearless and rallied the Burgundians. Succeeding his father on 12 April 1411, Edward was killed at the battle of Agincourt and succeeded by his brother (he never married, though he left several illegitimate children). Apres l'assassinat de Louis d'Orleans, en 1407, il se rapproche de Jean sans Peur et se rallie aux Bourguignons. Il succede a son pere le 12 avril 1411. William de Longespee, 3rd Earl of Salisbury (c. 1176 – March 7, 1226) was an English noble, primarily remembered for his command of the English forces at the Battle of Damme and for remaining loyal to King John. He was an illegitimate son of Henry II of England. King Henry acknowledged William as his son and gave him the Honour of Appleby, Lincolnshire in 1188. Ten years later, his half-brother, King Richard I, married him to a great heiress, Ela, countess of Salisbury in her own right, and daughter of William of Salisbury, 2nd Earl of Salisbury.
