This large bowl with crow's head is exclusive hand made ceramic work. It is absolutely safety and useful both for cold and hot drinks. One of a kind unique teacup, made as a larger cup of Japanese kind, but suitable for any tea that you prefer. Okame height 1.34 in, width 1.02 in. The Okame mask of the Kegen Theatre is one of the cultural symbols of Japan. A very charming piece - a very accurate copy of the handwriting of my creative workshop. It is made of white clay, which became beige during the process of roasting. Upon careful examination, it can be seen that the posterior part of the article( symbolizing the neck of the mask bearer) has come out significantly lighter. That makes it even clearer. Also some fragments (eyebrows, eyelashes, hair) are covered with black engobe, teeth-white, the lips are highlighted by a slight smear of red clay. Okame is the Japanese goddess of happiness and fun. She is usually depicted as a small fat woman with a large pear-like head, burning eyes, a broad, curly face, plucked eyebrows, a small mouth and full cheeks. Okame is known in Japanese mythology as well as Ame no Uzume - «Heavenly Maiden of Courage». It was she who lured the goddess of the Sun, Amateras, out of the cave with her frantic dance and brought light back to the world. The popular image of Okame was very popular. It is not by chance that her other names are Ofuku (in Japanese - «happiness») and Otafuku («great happiness»). The word «okama» is literally translated as a «turtle»; this animal in ancient Japan was a symbol of long life and luck. It’s going to be a great gift to a man who’s interested in Oriental culture. We are glade to present you is one of the most expressive characters of our workshop. Gorilla height 2.52 in, width 2.17 in. The Gorilla is the king of the beasts. He is powerful and very detailed. Look close to him, take a look into his realistic dark brown pupils, curved eyebrows and black wool. This steadfast gaze… He’s about to talk to you. When you hold the Gorilla in your hands, you feel the powerful energy invested in it when I created it. You can look at the product for a long time and admire every little detail. Gorilla covered himself with the linen cape from the autumn cold and precipitation. He could not find anything else. According to the traditional views of the Chinese people, the monkey promises longevity and an increase in social status. Gorilla has artistic and aesthetic value. It will be an original, refined and stylish gift. It will bring a lot of positive emotions to the owner. This is amazing tea pet for your tea ceremony. Gorilla is made of two types of clay. Figure height 2.17 in, width (front view) 2.00 in. I like music. While listening to the next track, I thought: "I need to try to make an unusual beatmaker." A few days later, the idea came true. Before you is a forest beatmaker Hare. He stuffs the beats on a classic drum machine. Such a figurine is the only one in the world, I have not seen any analogues. I am very happy with the result. Unfortunately, only a connoisseur will be able to understand the figure and appreciate it. DJ Hare wears a Japanese haori shirt with an embroidered Hotei logo on the back. On the head is a trendy bini. The beatmaker is holding a drum machine. The figurine will be a cool gift for a composer, arranger, DJ, record producer. It is also an unusual tea pet for lovers of the gongfu tea ceremony. The hare is made of clay, covered with engobe and the details are highlighted with black glaze.
