Description

Custom made archival print washer for 6 silver gelatine darkroom prints with maximum size 12x16 in. (30x40 cm).

Print washer with gravity based drainage. 

The new design takes into account fixer weight and wash it out from bottom. Water supply from two sides provides nice turbulence. Synchronization of inlet and outlet water stream is carried out by drainage valve. Additional section with direct drainage prevents device overflow during filling and operating.

Device also can be equipped with additional separate module for Hypo clear solutions and/or grabber that helps to take out small prints and stripes.


Other washer pross:

- Inlet and outlet brass connectors have inch threads 1/2" and 3/4";

- Partitions create separate slots that let process fresh fixed prints without risks to pollute prints that are almost clean; 

- Each section has several jets that allow to create strong water turbulence in it;

- Partitions have volumetric dots that prevent sheet sticking to them;

- Supplied with print downholders.

Alexander is a true craftsman and workmanship is stellar. Communication is great as he makes your custom print washer or custom darkroom tool to your specs an design. I have had two products from Underredlight and could not be happier. Parcel wrapping is the best I have seen so no worries there. I would suggest express post for very fast delivery.

I ordered a custom Universal Print and Sheet film washer from Alexander... communication on design over a few days was excellent.... the English language is NOT a problem at all. His workmanship is top notch and you can see he takes pride in his work..therefore do not worry in this area. One feature of the washer that is brilliant is the top device that holds the prints under water especially if you use fibre base that tends to float while washing. I live in Canada and chose the Express mail which is Fedex... the Washer came in 5 days with no dents to the shipping box at all. The washer was wrapped very well and with care. If you are considering any of the UnderRedLight products do not hesitate because you will be very happy with the results.

I ordered Alexanders' Hybrid print/negative washer to my specs...great and quick communication on this project. The washer came today and its top notch materials and quality..if you are in the market for a print washer do not hesitate as you will not be disappointed. The Ukraine is along way from Canada and I opted for the express postage which came by Fedex in 5 days. it was wrapped very well and arrived in tip top shape without a dent to the mailing box. I already have another project underway by UnderRedLight.

- USA: 1.5 - 2.5 weeks

- Europe: 1-2 weeks

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.

Express delivery is available only on individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard box, with due packaging and protection from damage.
