This is a licence permission for MikesMiniatures3D This licence would cover the right to sell prints of the files, but not resell the files themselves, for the duration of the merchant licence. The licence would cover all of your work on Cults for the duration of the licence. The licence would run until the end of January, when it will either end or the terms will be renegotiated. Etsy listing description would credit you as the original designer of the file, with a link back to your cults page or a site of your choice. Etsy listing photos would credit your name and logo (if you have one) as the designer. You confirm that the models are all your own original creations, or are only utilising/remixing parts that are copyright-free for the purpose of commercial use. The licence allows the re-use of your images and renders from your cults page (currently I'm reusing the creators' images for my Etsy listings, but I have plans in the next month to create my own listing images and renders so that everything's consistent across my store) Have fun and good luck with sales!
