This little Elf is made by mixed method -- sculpting and needle felting. So his face, hands and boots are made of polymer clay. I don't use molds for sculpting so every doll is absolutely unique and never the same. The body is made of wool and decorated with lace. Tall hat is made of wool as well. And his hair is made of artificial fur. Elf holds a skeleton doll. The skeleton is made of polymer clay and painted by acrylic paits. I also used fabric for his limbs. The height of Elf with cap is 5.9" (15 cm) Size of skeleton doll is 1.9" (5 cm) I believe that this little guy brings good luck. Dragon Kai-Chee -- very bright and kind dragon. The names of all my dragons begin from "K'. The dagon is made of wool on wire. His nails are sculpted with polymer clay. His wings are made of polyester and vanish on wire. The body of dragon is decorated by unique ornament. It took 16 hours to make it! The skull with plant is made by great Ukrainian handmader -- Mary Videyko. Size of Kai-Chee: 7" (18cm) I create my dolls and animals by first making a wire “skeleton”. I then being felting over the wire. Each toy takes many hours to full complete. The smallest animals can be finished in a day or two, but the larger animal or doll can take one or two weeks to full complete.
