The blade is made of EVA foam Hardness 30 on the Schorr scale. The foam is both strong and soft at the same time, it is not capable of harming people, while it is difficult to break it. The guard is a composite of plastic and foam. We paint with rubber and acrylic paints. At the very end, we cover with rubber varnish. This product is perfect for LARP games or cosplay. Also for cosplay we can make a wooden version. This item is handmade, sealed for weather proofing and constructed with the most rigorous safety standards.
