Antique sugar cutters were used to cut smaller pieces from a large loaf of sugar.    These old sugar tongs were made in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. Metal wire cutters are in very good and working vintage condition. You can use it to serve tea or coffee or as a retro decoration. Very good condition.
