The icons is made of dry lime wood reinforced with oak wood bars, covered with a natural fiber cloth layer, for a higher strength and stability against the external factors. Base preparation is made by a tested recipe, based on bone glue, chalk dust and other quality ingredients. Used egg tempera and gilding.
