The forced air supply unit of the "Airwood Heavy Duty UP-h BM" stove can be powered by batteries, Power Bank, solar panel with built-in battery or a smartphone connected via an OTG cable."   Thanks to the air pressure unit, the solid fuel camping stove "Airwood Heavy Duty UP-h BM" provides powerful heating even when using wet wood and quickly brings water to a boil. The boiling time for 0.26 US gal lqd of water is about 5 minutes, depending on the quality of the fuel and environmental conditions.   The stove has a fuel combustion efficiency of up to 80%, unlike the 5-7% efficiency of a regular campfire. This is because about 90% of the particles in the smoke from the wood are unburned due to the lack of oxygen. When fresh air is supplied to certain areas of the stove's combustion chamber, these fine particles burn. This is how this stove is built: cold air from the pressure unit enters through a side opening in the lower part of the outer wall of the stove's body. Under the action of the fan, one part of the air is pressurized into the openings of the bottom and lower part of the combustion chamber, while the other is directed upwards, between the walls of the combustion chamber and the body, where it heats up and exits through special openings, entering the upper part of the combustion chamber and igniting the wood gas.   Intense flames are formed where air is released, due to oxygen enrichment.   You can easily cook food (soup, porridge, tea, etc.) on the stove, up to a volume of 0.79 - 1.06 US gal lqd.   Branches, twigs, bark, and any other available solid fuel can be used as fuel.   The air injection block (blower) in the combustion chamber is equipped with a three-position switch with the following modes: Middle position - "Off" (the stove operates in natural draft mode with the blower disconnected), Upper position - "High speed" (~ 3000 rpm) - for instant ignition and boiling of water, Lower position - "Low speed" (~ 2000 rpm) - to maintain high-temperature flames.      The air injection block included with this burner model is universal in power source selection: it can be powered by two AA or two AAA batteries (with adapters for AAA batteries to AA batteries - included), or any other power source with a 5-volt DC output and a USB or DC 0.2 inch x 0.08 inch plug. For example, this can be a power bank, a solar panel with a built-in battery, or a smartphone connected via an OTG cable. When an external power source is connected to the DC jack of the blower block (via the "USB-DC" cable included in the kit), the battery compartment in the blower block is automatically disconnected.        Continuous operation time of the block with AA batteries: • in "High speed" mode: ~ 30 hours; • in "Low speed" mode: ~ 50 hours;        The current consumed by the blower block (depending on the power source): • in "High speed" mode: 70-100mA; • in "Low speed" mode: 30-50mA.       The air supply block is equipped with a motor that has thermal radiation shielding and dust and moisture insulation at the IP55 protection class level. This improvement allows the owner of the burner to use it in conditions of high humidity or dustiness (tropics, rain, desert, beach, etc.) without fear that the motor will fail at the most inappropriate moment.       The burner is equipped with an updated version of a folding stand for cookware. This accessory has increased heat resistance and is specially designed for more stable placement on the burner of round pots (pans) with a wide base. The stand will also be appreciated by fans of morning coffee in nature, prepared in a Turkish coffee pot (a vessel with a small diameter bottom).       Thanks to the folding legs, the folding stand will be "convenient" for both cookware with a 2 inch diameter bottom and cookware with a 10 inch diameter bottom! After the legs are unfolded, they are fixed at a certain angle to the horizon, thereby ensuring a reliable grip of the cookware's bottom. When the load is increased, the legs take on a horizontal position, and the upper part of the stand's canvas slightly diverges outward around the entire circumference, increasing the rigidity of the stand and the stability of the cookware.       The new stand differs from the previous version also by the presence of ventilation holes in the form of the manufacturer's brand name. This change reduced the total area of ventilation holes on the stand's canvas, which improved the wind protection characteristics of the stand and increased the burner's power. In addition, the writing on the stand allows distinguishing the original product from a copy immediately. The height of the stand's canvas was also reduced, which increased the stiffness of the structure and improved the heating of the cookware's bottom.       A new combustion chamber installed in the burner significantly differs from the old version: the number, diameter, and configuration of air injection holes have been changed to improve the quality of wood burning in the lower part of the chamber. The changes have successfully eliminated the clogging of the chamber with smoldering charcoal and improved the burning of raw wood, thus maximizing the burner's adaptation to real camping conditions, where dry wood is scarce. In addition, the new version of the chamber ensures stable fuel burning in natural draft mode (with the blower disconnected) - this feature is essential for cooking dishes that do not require intense flames.   In this burner model, the combustion chamber has thicker walls and a larger volume compared to the chamber of classic "Airwood BM" turbo burners. All chamber elements are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The combustion chamber is rigidly assembled (screwed) with a housing that has standard dimensions for "Airwood BM" turbo burners.   The external casing (housing) of the "Airwood Heavy Duty UP-h BM" burner has a closed bottom, which creates a sealed space between two burner walls (between the combustion chamber and the housing), ensuring that all air from the blower is supplied to the combustion chamber. Thus, there is no need to look for a flat surface to place the burner, as this burner model can even be used in a suspended position! Another advantage of a burner with a housing bottom is that it does not leave burns on the ground after use, as with bonfires. The bottom of this model is made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel.   In this burner model, the housing is equipped with a removable handle holder, allowing you to change the position (adjust) or move the burner during operation (burning).
