The book “Cooking” contains recipes for dishes and culinary products that can be prepared not only in catering establishments, but also at home. On the contrary, cooking is a creative process, and everyone can add something new based on their taste and knowledge. Food should not only be tasty and nutritious, but also beautifully presented. When decorating dishes and culinary products, it also depends on the artistic taste of the master, on his ingenuity, the use of taste characteristics, a clear understanding of the beautiful design of the dishes.
