This is a wonderful cut of Soviet velvet for your crafts! It has a very unusual color. This fabric is yellow, but neon or acid kind of yellow) Which was very unusual for those times. I suppose this cut was a part of a bedcover. So it has some marks of use. This fabric is viscose fiber on a cotton base. It is soft and pleasant to touch.
