This cotton is a little thicker and heavier than usual chintz. It can be reversible as it has almost the same pattern from both sides. This kind of fabric was usually used in USSR for different purposes, from making clothes to bed sheets. This fabric was made in USSR in the 1980s. This fabric is ready to use! It was washed at 86°F / 30°C to shrink. However, I recommend decating before cutting fabric. ....................
