Icons, like stamps in the Soviet Union were a whole layer of culture. Unlike stamps icons and you could still wear it. Many of the icons is a true work of art, before it was beautiful and stylish. Many people collect them. Many collected only certain subjects. For example only the icons to cities (what is now replaced with magnets on the refrigerator). For example, my friend is going to just "iridescent" icons. This is where the picture from different angles changed. Another bunch of badges issued to various institutions and at all events. I collect the c icon of 70th years. Collectors will be interested in rare instances of pin badges and even whole pin sets.
