Wooden "DRAKKAR VIKING SHIP"
VIKING SHIP history
Viking warships were more often called Drakkars, due to the presence of a characteristic stern figure depicting a dragon's head. That was the name of the oblong narrow vessel with a raised nose and aft, which the Scandinavians themselves often called Langskip or "Long ship". The dimensions of such structures varied within 10-19 m, along the sides were characteristic shields, and on the nose was the invariable head of a dragon. The use of this figure testified to the nobility of the owner of the ship.
The vessel was controlled by a steering oar. The ships were equipped with oars. It is characteristic that the soldiers themselves performed the role of the rowers here. In this case, the practicality of the Scandinavians, who could not afford to have extra people on board, who were not involved in the subsequent battles and raids, had an effect. The vessels themselves were distinguished by their universality, since they could be used with equal share of success both for military operations and in commercial operations, as well as for traveling. Robust design allows long-distance transitions.

Delivery method
We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages.
First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe.
You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.
Express delivery is available only on individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.
Customs duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.
Packaging
Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard box, with due packaging and protection from damage.
