When I will receive my order,nothing you update me nothing when tracking???I wrote two days ago asking same question again nothing no one trying to contact me and give me information???

It was wonderful to work with ToyLandByOrlova. Great communication and customer service, shipped out my item as quickly as possible and with no issues. Item arrived in perfect condition and is of high quality. I would recommend their store and order from them again in the future.

Natalie is an amazing artist and it really shines in this plush! The attention to detail is gorgeous and Natalie herself was so kind and communicative throughout the shipping process. :)

Lavky has made such a great place and I'm so glad to have found ToyLandbyOrlova.
Natalia has created such a lovely gift- my little plush flambit is so soft, crafted with better expertise than I've ever felt or seen and his little smile is infectious. I know this little friend will bring joy to my days.

The process was easy and I was kept up to date with shipping along the way. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or all the kindness. I will certainly be back and I cannot encourage anyone more to brighten their days with Lavky and ToyLand by Orlova.

The details on the plush toy is amazing!! Both my sons are over the moon. It is worth the wait afterall. Will order some more for sure ❤️
