Your order will be shipped only after the payment is cleared. This means if you pay via Paypal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your Paypal account or in the correspond invoice here on Lavky.

All the items in the order will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment.
Some items may take longer. If the processing time is more than 7 days, it is clearly stated in the product description.

We will email you instructions on how to install the stickers to make the process easier for you.

Terms of Delivery

We always ship parcels with a tracking number. We will update you on the tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival.

Here are the approximate delivery times:

- USA: 10-20 business days

- Canada: 10-20 business days

- Europe: 8-14 business days

- Australia: 10-20 business days (sometimes longer, depending on Australian customs)

- The rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Dnipro) via regular postal service (STANDARD method) or DHL (FAST method).

You can choose one of the Shipping option:
- FAST shipping by DHL. It takes 8-11 days.

- STANDARD - by regular postal service of the receiver country. It is FREE for the customers and takes 12-20 business days usually.
????For UK customers we recommend using express (fast) delivery.

Please contact us if you need Express (FAST) delivery or special options to the parcel before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.

When we say "No Customs Fees" we means that we always ship in a way that helps avoid or minimize customs charges, depending on customers local regulations. For some countries — we’re often able to relieve our clients of additional fees, thanks to high duty-free limits.

And also, by making a purchase, the buyer confirms his agreement to expect the delivery of the parcel for as long as necessary, based on the speed of the postal services.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard tube, with due packaging and protection from damage.

If the package was brought to you by a courier, do not accept it without drawing up a damage report on the spot with a detailed description of the type of packaging, as well as signatures and a seal from a representative of the postal service!
