The digital file option allows you to print the portrait yourself, while the 3D portrait will be created by our skilled artisans and delivered right to your doorstep. To place an order, simply select the number of pets in the photo and choose between a digital image or a physical 3D portrait. Specify the desired portrait size and send us high-quality photos of your pet through Etsy chat or email. We will then begin the processing of the digital file or the creation of the 3D portrait. Please note that we provide a default resolution of 300 dpi for the digital files, but if you require a higher resolution, please inform us in advance. It is important to finalize all details before starting the production process, as edits to the image and 3D relief cannot be made once production has begun. Shipping options include delivery of the digital file through Etsy chat or email, or the physical 3D portrait delivered by mail. The digital file will be ready within 1-4 business days, while the 3D portrait requires 5-12 working days for processing before being shipped.
