This is a very exciting process. The fleeting appearance of seasonal flowers can be imprinted in the tile. It is encourages and inspires. With one imprints you can get several castings. Each tile is unique and has its own "flaws", which give it a real charm. The remains of clay on the tile emphasize the volume. This tile was cast using very hard, fine plaster. This allows the tile to be thinned to reduce weight. Though the tile is covered with a protective varnish it can not be used outdoors or in areas of very high moisture. Tile has a hook on the back for wall hanging or could be displayed on shelf. You can paint this tile.
