This is an individual handmade work. The photos you see are one of the individual works. Each table has an individual shape and design. This is due to the fact that Oliva wood blanks have different sizes and shapes. But all these tables will have such a beautiful natural pattern. If you expressed a desire to order such a table: 1. Write us a message that you want to make an individual order for a table made of olive wood A big request! To speed up our work and production time, write the answers to these questions. Key design issues: 1. What size table do you need? 2. What shape of the edge of the table do you like: regular-rectangular or irregular-wavy (as in the photo of this product) 3. What is your text / logo, drawing you want to cut on the table 4. Should this table have a drain for water? 2. Together with you, we choose exactly the workpiece that you liked. We will help you make a choice: we will send a photo, sizes and a drawing of a possible design (shape, water flow zone, etc.) 3. If you want to make a thread of your text / logo / image, then let us know. Provide us a photo. 4. Finally we confirm with you the design of the table according to the visual picture of the design. If necessary, make the latest changes. 5. Making a table in the workshop. 6. Send a photo of the finished table. At your request, we can send a photo of the manufacturing process. To do this, just write to us. 7. Send your table to you. Note! Some countries charge extra customs duty. We will notify you if your country requires a tax. TIME OF AGREEMENT AND MANUFACTURE. We always ship parcels with a tracking number. We will update you on the tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.

Here are the approximate delivery times:

- USA: 1.5 - 2.5 weeks

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.

Express delivery is available only on individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard box, with due packaging and protection from damage.
