The adapter plate is CNC-machined from 45-grade steel, 4 mm thick, and has longitudinal grooves, allowing for ignition timing adjustments. The transition cone is CNC-machined from 45-grade steel. The cones fit perfectly, have smooth surfaces, and can be held in place even by hand. We only cut threads in the transition cone for disassembly, which greatly simplifies cone removal. The spacer-centering bushing is CNC-machined from 45-grade steel and has a tight fit. The rotor clamping washer is made of 4 mm 45-grade steel, preventing deformation and ensuring a secure hold.
