We install pre-owned pre-heaters that have been mainly dismantled from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mazda vehicles. Preparing inexpensive heater kits for installation on a car is our main job. Years of work have allowed us to gain good experience in the field of car heating. Our technical solutions and materials used ensure reliable and safe operation of autonomous heaters in cars and other types of transport, where there is a need to provide heating or preheating. We bring to your attention wonderful pre-heater Webasto Thermo Top Z C/D kit, dismantled from the Mercedes-Benz A-class car. The set is made so that it contains everything you need to install the heater on a car, components are of excellent quality, some of the units are made by hand, parts of Asian origin are missing. The autonomous heater is in very good condition, it works great and is fully serviced. The heaters will last for many years, ensuring your comfort in the cold season. Autonomous heaters are equipped with professional Hella 1531 timers, which allow you to program the heating on time for 7 days of the week, 3 modes per day, and set the heater operation time in the range from 10 to 120 minutes. The 1531 timers can be controlled by a reverse polarity DC pulse from the remote control, which is applied to pin 7 of the timer connector, while the timer will activate the heater for a predetermined period of time. The wiring harness is equipped with a 433MHz signal remote control unit, which is activated using a keychain button. To turn on the heater remotely, it is enough to preliminarily set the timer to the operating interval, then press the keychain button and the heater is activated for the time interval stored in the memory, to instantly turn off the heater, just press the keychain button again. The continuous operation time is stored in the timer's memory and does not need to be set each time. The range of the remote control is 30-100m, depending on the presence of obstacles to the signal. The installation kit includes: an autonomous heater, antifreeze pump Bosch, a fuel metering pump, inlet and outlet pipelines, an antifreeze hose, heater and pump mounting bracket, wiring for the heater connection, a set of fuel lines with a fuel receiver, clamps for mounting hoses and pipelines.
