HANDCRAFTED While most of our orders are shipped and delivered on time, please know your sign may ship a few days later than its expected date as every sign is designed, handcrafted and made to order. Each one of our signs are made by hand from start to finish in our family-owned work shop. All of our ship & delivery dates are estimates based off of the quantity of orders we received at any point in time. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know beforehand and we will try our best to meet your request. SHIPPING Usually from 2 to 4 weeks. But, can be some delay according to coronavirus restrictions, holydays etc ... Please, keep it on the mind. REFUND POLICY We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations of NON-CUSTOM items if we’ve been notified within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and must ship items back within 30 days of delivery in order to receive refund. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, the customer will be responsible for loss in value. To request a cancellation, contact our shop within 24 hours of your purchase and we will happily refund your full purchase.Unless your item arrives damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
