How to Track Your Order Status 
by Order’s Number

6 Simple Steps


You can track your order status by entering your Order's Number on the Lavky.com Marketplace Homepage. In this case, you will receive an email to the address you provided when paying for the order with a link to a specific page with that order’s information details. Please find below the step-by-step instructions on how to track the order's status you placed in one of our LAVKY MARKETPLACE stores.


STEP 1. You can track your order status by entering your order number on the Lavky.com Marketplace Homepage. Please enter the order number in the field under the title “Track my order(s)” and pressing the “>” button. Hover over your mouse on the “>” and you will see the name of the button as “Go”. In this example, we will be using order #1635:




STEP 2. Once you press on “>” button you will be presented with a system message stating that the email will be sent to the email associated with this order number:



STEP 3. Go your Inbox and you should look for the email from “no-reply” with a subject titled as “Order Tracking”. Check your Spam folder in case you are tracking email will not show in your main Inbox.

STEP 4. The Email will include the requested information about the specific order you placed in our store. This email will also provide you with an active link to get to the “Order Information” page in the system:

STEP 5. Click on the active link inside the email and you will be transferred to the “Order Information” page with details about your order you placed in the stores on our Lavky.com Marketplace platform. There are two parts for the Order Information details:

On the first screen you could see “Customer information”:

You can scroll down to see the “Product Information” on the second screen:

There are more options on this page for you to utilize such as - “PRINT INVOICE” on the printer or save in PDF format.

STEP 6. By default, on the “Order Information” page system will open the “General” tab where you could find Customer Information with “Billing address” and “Shipping address”. More information about your order could be found in other three tabs:

  • Shipping Information
  • Messaging system
  • Write a review


Out of these four tabs the “Write a review” tab is the most valuable for the Seller. We encourage our Buyers to leave their feedbacks on the orders they placed in the Seller’s store and products they purchased by clicking on the “Write a review” tab.
