It was produced at “Arsenal” plant in Kiev in circa 1960-70s. The speargun has stamps of serial number and name of city Kiev. This speargun was used and has sign of using (scratches, loss of paint). The back rubber cup that covered pin is absent. The trigger mechanism is working. The spear tip is not original but can used.
