We present to your attention a long evening dress made of shining black glitter fabric (but you have the opportunity to choose a different color that you like better). The bodice of this dress is a corset with a deep v-neck that is covered with a transparent flesh-colored mesh, which will perfectly emphasize the neckline and your figure, which has sewn-in bones and cups, the back is open with a deep neckline (but can be more closed at your request). The skirt of an A-line dress with a long train, the length of which can also be individual or there may be no train, a top layer of glitter fabric, under which there are two layers of lining fabric.

 We try to find an individual approach to each customer and can make changes at your request, and also sew according to your individual size (below you can see the list of required measurements). Some changes to the dress may have both an additional cost (for example, you want this dress with a train) or a reduction in price (for example, if you want this dress with a short skirt). The cost of the dress is indicated in sizes from 2 US to 14 US (if your size is larger it may cost 20-30 US dollars more, depending on the size, but this is also decided individually depending on your measurements).

 The production time for a dress can take from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the season and our workload, but if you need the dress faster, please write to me and we can find out if we can make the dress in time. I always stay in touch right up until you receive your dress to make sure everything is fine and that you are happy with it. 

If (unfortunately) you have some problems with the dress, then I will also individually try my best to solve your problem. But please note, the precision of tailoring to ensure that the dress fits you as best as possible depends on the measurements you provide, but there is a chance that you may need a little adjustment at your local tailor (so it's worth budgeting accordingly), but luckily it happens rarely. 

Unfortunately, we cannot send a dress for trying on because it is made individually, so for a return you need a fairly compelling reason, for example, if there is a serious error in sewing on our part or the dress arrived damaged (but remember that we try to solve each problem individually and provide you with maximum assistance).

Все посылки из Украины (из наших логистических центров в Киеве и Черновцах) мы отправляем международными службами (FedEx, UPS) в два этапа. 

Сначала посылка отправляется службой экспресс-доставки в Европу, а затем авиапочтой в США, Канаду или Европу. 

Вы сможете увидеть движение посылки по номеру отслеживания только на втором этапе - через 4-6 дней после отправки вашего заказа из нашего центра. Мы оцениваем срок доставки в 12-18 дней.

Экспресс-доставка доступна только по индивидуальному запросу. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нами, если вам нужна Экспресс-доставка, прежде чем размещать заказ, чтобы мы могли обновить варианты доставки.

❤️I am a Designer and most of our dresses are made to order and I sew them according to your measurements according to your individual requirements (if any). Production times can take approximately 3 to 6 weeks depending on the season and workload, but if you need the dress faster, please contact me, we may be able to make it faster. I strictly monitor the measurements received and fulfill your individual requirements (if any) as much as possible. This is why it is very important to me that you follow my measurement instructions and have it done by a professional tailor if possible.

❤️ All my professional effort and care is dedicated to making sure your dress fits you perfectly, and the most important part of that is getting the most accurate measurements possible. However, due to the nature of custom orders or individual body shapes, you may need to make some adjustments when you receive your dress. I suggest you plan a possible alteration with a local tailor and budget accordingly.

❤️When you receive the dress, if there is anything upset you, you must let me know 3-5 DAYS after you receive the package, and let's talk and understand what the problem is. It will take you about 2-5 days to complete the review and respond. If there is a serious error on MY SIDE, I can accept returns for correction, rework, replacement, or a full refund. The returned dress must be new, unworn, in good condition (no dirt, perfume, lipstick, cigarette smell, stains, damage, etc.) and in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 5 days of entering into the return agreement. But please understand that I cannot refund return shipping costs.

We are confident in the quality of our products and the quality of tailoring, so we hope that you will not have any problems.

Additionally, I CANNOT accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

❤️ If you return before my confirmation (the return MUST be confirmed/accepted by me and only after my confirmation/acceptance can it be returned). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION/ACCEPTANCE.

❤️ If you give me the wrong sizes.

❤️ If your parameters have changed due to weight gain or loss.

❤️If your dress is damaged due to improper ironing or washing.

❤️ If you give me incorrect shipping information.

❤️ If you contact me with your problem more than 5 DAYS after receiving the package.

❤️If you do not return the dress within 5 days according to the return agreement.

❤️Custom orders of non-standard sizes are not fully refundable, but I will try my best to help you solve the problem. Custom Order Definition: All orders made to custom sizes or specifications are custom orders.

❤️Also, unfortunately, we cannot sew and send dresses just for fitting, as this incurs large costs and damage for us.

Please note: Although I try to reproduce colors online as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will match the actual garment. Changes in lighting and reflection in the original photograph, as well as differences in computer monitors and printers, may cause color tones to differ slightly from the actual fabric.
