I received my order soon after I paid, so I was very pleased with that. The chart is easy to follow. However, I believe there is a design flaw as DMC 813 Blue-LT is listed in the color chart, but as far as I can tell its corresponding symbol doesn't appear anywhere in the pattern. Also some of the DMC colors listed are now obsolete.

I live in Dublin Ireland and have purchased a very nice print from her and a pdf for an embroidery. I actually got the print posted/arrived pretty fast and same for the email with the pdf. Very good communication and fast transaction.

Delivery method

I ship all the packages from Ukraine via Ukrposhta, national postal operator in Ukraine.

First a parcel is sent by delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada, etc. 

You can see the movement of the package by a tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.
