Monks scrutinize magical energy, which in most monastic traditions is called chi. This energy is a component part of the magic that permeates the multiverse, more specifically, the part that flows through the bodies of the living. Monks have learned to control the energy flowing through their bodies, enhancing their physical abilities. Monks are also very wise. I like to make monk figurines.

The Monk figurine is made of natural clay. The color in reality may differ from the color on your monitor. He is a perfect addition to your tea ceremony, as the figurine is not afraid of boiling water. If you will often water with dark tea it may darken, get a different shade. And be careful - do not drop this mini sculpture, it is fragile, and do not give it to children as a toy.

Well detailed small ceramic turtle figurine made from natural clay.
   Figurine 22 mm high, 83 mm long. The turtle is a symbol of heavenly protection, longevity and wisdom. It brings money.    The turtle figurine is made of white natural clay. Small ceramic boy fisherman with carp is unique handmade tea pet, unusual desk miniature statue.
Boy height 2.13 in, width 1.50 in. A smiling Chinese boy with a sacred fish in his hands is one of the sweetest sculptures of my creative workshop. In Chinese and Japanese everyday life the figurines of children, especially boys, have a large and pronounced symbolism. Netsuke Karako (a Chinese little boy) is the wish of a male heir who would occupy a high social position and thus will bring prosperity to the family. Handmade Okame mask is ceramic tea pet, miniature statue and unique gift.
Okame height 1.34 in, width 1.02 in. The Okame mask of the Kegen Theatre is one of the cultural symbols of Japan. A very charming piece - a very accurate copy of the handwriting of my creative workshop. It is made of white clay, which became beige during the process of roasting. Upon careful examination, it can be seen that the posterior part of the article( symbolizing the neck of the mask bearer) has come out significantly lighter. That makes it even clearer. Also some fragments (eyebrows, eyelashes, hair) are covered with black engobe, teeth-white, the lips are highlighted by a slight smear of red clay. Okame is the Japanese goddess of happiness and fun. She is usually depicted as a small fat woman with a large pear-like head, burning eyes, a broad, curly face, plucked eyebrows, a small mouth and full cheeks. Okame is known in Japanese mythology as well as Ame no Uzume - «Heavenly Maiden of Courage». It was she who lured the goddess of the Sun, Amateras, out of the cave with her frantic dance and brought light back to the world. The popular image of Okame was very popular. It is not by chance that her other names are Ofuku (in Japanese - «happiness») and Otafuku («great happiness»). The word «okama» is literally translated as a «turtle»; this animal in ancient Japan was a symbol of long life and luck. It’s going to be a great gift to a man who’s interested in Oriental culture. Amazing work ❤️✨ The figurines are very expressive and all have a unique character and attitude that are communicative, and somehow relaxing or amusing. They have strong personality and deserve a place of choice in a collection of as tea pets for example :)

A huge shout-out to terracottagryf for making another amazing tea & lofi loving tea pal to join me for my tea sessions. First made was a red panda, and now this amazingly detailed red fox. It was an easy purchase, no trouble using the platform. The packaging was done with perfection and care. No damage at all. The product is very beautiful and shows the art and soul in every detail. Along with the sculpture I received an elegant fine paper with the drawing of the product, nice touch. Even the box was decorated with a cool mountain scene involving the sculpture. Amazingly beautiful handcrafted Tea Pet, my bunny ???? with a teapot… was the artist design…. Its a delightful surprise addition to my tea table. I appreciate it all the small details that came with the teapet. Truly an artwork for a life time.

An absolute WOW! I commisioned a teapet with custom details for my son. The work and details are remarkably executed and true to what was expected! The artist even add a nice drawing of the teapet, and an artwork inside the box. I was so happy with the figurine that I ordered a second one, for my tea table!
The teapets were safely packed and parcel was trackable. It was fast to arrive home, in Canada! I even had the chance to chat with the artist on numerous occasions and it was nice to see that he cares about his parcel arriving in time and his customer being satisfied!! I recomended Terracotta GRYF to all my tea friends.

I bought this custom Whale tea pet for a dear friend of mine whose name is Whale. We named the tea pet ‘Jing’ and christened her on the tea table at my house. The tea pet is beautiful and true to life, and came with a beautiful painting of a whale in the depths of the ocean. Thank you Igor!

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First, a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada, or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to be 12-18 days.

Express delivery is available only upon individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.
