The vector files with  "Tropical motives" for color printing on white matte (recommend) vinyl film and plotter cutting.

Format files:

- *cdr - for CorelDRAW v.17.0 and higher.

- *eps - for Corel / Adobe Illustrator

- *pdf - for Corel / Adobe Illustrator The sign is in a vector format so you can scale it (increase or decrease as you need). If you need the gold color of this sticker you should cut it from gold vinyl film.

Terms of Delivery

We always ship parcels with a tracking number. We will update you on the tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.

Usually delivery takes between one a half and four weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival.

Here are the approximate delivery times:

- USA: 12 - 20 business days

- Canada: 12 - 20 business days

- Europe: 12 - 20 business days

- Australia: 12 - 20 business days (sometimes longer, depending on Australian customs)

- The rest of the world: 12 - 20 business days

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Dnipro) via standard postal service.

First a parcel is sent by land delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or other part of the Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number 1-2 days after sending your order from Dnipro postal center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-16 business days.

Express delivery is not available now.  We arу sorry.

Please contact us if you need Express delivery or special options to the parcel before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.

And also, by making a purchase, the buyer confirms his agreement to expect the delivery of the parcel for as long as necessary, based on the speed of the postal services.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard tube, with due packaging and protection from damage.

If the package was brought to you by a courier, do not accept it without drawing up a damage report on the spot with a detailed description of the type of packaging, as well as signatures and a seal from a representative of the postal service!
