▶︎ Upload your files (11 photos/video + texts) to an online account such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer, Smash and share the link with me in messaging system or by email melmory.mist [!at] gmail.com. Remember to number and order the photos and texts. If you have any questions, difficulties or problems, write to me and we'll work it out together.

Shortly after placing your order, I will send you an order confirmation email to make sure your order is received.

▶︎ I will send you a draft video slideshow within the next 24 hours of purchase.
▶︎ BONUS: The "proof" itself is a JPEG file or high-resolution image
▶︎ Once you approve the proof, we will finalize your video slideshow and you will receive it within 48 hours. You can download and save it through your phone.
▶︎ Share it with family and friends via Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook and email.


If you need additional design options, such as additional slides or more photos, you can choose an additional service in my store.

You can also place a rush order (24 business hours to complete the order), but be sure to contact me before purchasing this option and get confirmation.

You have 3 free edits. If you need more edits - there is an additional service for that which you can also order.

Edits such as:

- slide deletions
- text correction
- music correction
- photo change

Note:

▶︎ We don't recommend sending a video invitation as a text message (SMS) because most carriers have small file sizes or data transfer capabilities, which reduces the quality of the video, making it blurry and unreadable to the recipient. However, if you need to send it as text, you can upload the video invitation to your personal Google Drive or video platforms like Youtube/Vimeo and simply send a link to the video to your guests.

▶︎ ALL TEXT is editable and can be changed according to any event as long as it matches the video template. For example: wedding invitations can be changed to baby shower invitations, date invitations, engagement announcements, 50th anniversaries, christenings, wedding anniversaries, birthday greetings, graduation announcements, etc.

-The regular delivery time is 2-3 days (except weekends).
The faster you provide the details, the faster you will receive a final result.

- The style of the video can't be changed, only text and images/videos. Please see the screenshots and video sample.
- No refunds provided after final video is sent to you. If there is a mistake from my side, I will change it for free. Otherwise if you will have more revisions or will change your mind about the music track after a week or month, please consider to purchase a new video.
- Due to difference in monitor color calibration, video might look slightly different on different devices. I work with professional grade computer and calibrated monitor to achieve as accurate colors as possible.

You should provide: a short texts which will appear next to image/text, 11 images to download. a music track you want. Also, you can let me choose music track for you (royalty free track will be selected).
