The badge “Honored Worker of the Cheka – GPU” of the 15th anniversary was established by order of the OGPU No. 1087 of November 23, 1932. Shapiro were awarded this badge. ) Of course, it was preserved, and this was stipulated in the order of the OGPU of November 23, 1932, the entire system of privileges for cavaliers of a new sign. True, over time, these privileges were gradually revoked. Each of them relied on a letter of honor, which included the name of the awarded, the date and number of the award order, the number of the mark itself. All this was sealed by the signature of the chairman of the OGPU (People's Commissar of Internal Affairs). Order "DUTY AND HONOR" - has the shape of a five-pointed star with a diameter of 50 mm. The plating of the star is electroplated gold. The inner part of the star is covered with red enamel with a double silver edging.   The star is assigned to the light (coating - electroplated silver by oxidation), with five crystals "Swarovski" brilliant cut "marquis".   In the center of the star against the background of the State Flag of Ukraine, there is a classic image of the sarcophagus of the 4th unit of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and an international sign of radiation hazard.
