Your order will be shipped only after the payment is cleared. This means if you pay via Paypal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your Paypal account or in the correspond invoice here on Lavky.

Shipping

All the items in the order will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 working days of payment.
Some items may take longer. If the processing time is more than 7 days, it is clearly stated in the product description.

Delivery Address:

We will ship your order to the address specified on Lavky.com checkout, and not to the address specified on Paypal.

Terms of Delivery

We always ship parcels with a tracking number. We will update you on the tracking number once your order has been prepared and shipped.

Usually delivery takes between one a half and four weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival.

Here are the approximate delivery times:

- USA: 1.5 - 2.5 weeks

- Canada: 2-3 weeks

- Europe: 1-2 weeks

- Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on Australian customs)

- The rest of the world: 2-3 weeks

Delivery method

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.

Express delivery is available only on individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties related to delivery and ordering products to their country of destination.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a safe cardboard box, with due packaging and protection from damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

We really hope that you receive your package safe and sound!

BUT! If suddenly, the situation has arisen that a parcel has been brought to you in damaged form (wet, crushed, wrinkled, torn or some other kind of damage), you can refuse to receive it or immediately take high-quality photographing of the box from all sides.

Carefully inspect the box for the presence of a postmark indicating that the parcel has already arrived at mail damaged during international transportation. In some cases, an information letter from the postal operator may already be attached to the parcel. You must take a picture of this letter!

With the postman who delivered the parcel to you, immediately draw up a Damage Act, or contact your postal office to draw up such an Act and write a complaint.

If, when opening a parcel, you find that there is no part of the attachment or the parcel is completely empty, take high-quality photographs from all sides of the package and contents. With these materials, please contact your postal office for an Act on the theft of the contents of the parcel or part thereof during transportation. Write a complaint!

Be sure to contact us! Photo parcel and its contents, as well as a photocopy of the Act and the information letter (if available), send us for a more detailed study of the situation. For our part, on the basis of the photo data you provided, we will appeal to our postal administration with a complaint, as well as to the International Postal Union.

When preparing the goods for shipment, we are sure to photograph almost all the processes from the appearance of the goods and their packaging, to the already packed box in the post office ready for shipment. In the case of sending expensive goods is a photo and video!

Without your photographs and the Act it will not be possible to prove something when analyzing the situation! So in your best interest to follow our instructions!

We recommend to open the parcel upon receipt at the delivery address or upon receipt in the postal office. Do this without fail in the presence of the postal worker!

Do not let your relatives receive the parcel, make sure that the postal worker does not leave it under the doors of your house, put it in the mailbox, or throw it on your balcony. Moreover, do not let your neighbors receive the parcel.

If you are interested in receiving the parcel, try to receive it personally !!! Check your mailbox or postal packaging often. Sometimes the postmen bring the parcel to your home and do not find anyone at home leaving a form for seeing that you need to receive the parcel at your post office. Sometimes it's just a handwritten note on a piece of newsprint!

Its hard to notice. It can wet the rain by washing away the text or blowing it away. Be careful!
