Description

Grinder-grass shredder "Farmer D-3" TM VEGIS is designed for crushing grain, cobs of corn, freshly cut young grass and other plants (beetroot, nettle, clover) in their own subsidiary and small farms when preparing pet food and the bird. Principle of operation: crushing under the influence of a highly revolving drum achieves high productivity. For effective operation, the rotor of the chopper is equipped with hammers and knives.

Farmer d-3 - a specialized device for the preparation of feed mixtures in agriculture and farming. The apparatus specializes in processing of grain, rice, peas, peanuts and barley as well as stalk food. It is very convenient to use, because it simply needs to fill in the necessary ingredients, install a sieve of the desired diameter and activate the work. For convenience of loading the hopper is provided, allowing to fall asleep at once a large quantity of grain-beans.

The device has a metal rugged housing with a coating of powder paint. A 15-liter bunker allows you to quickly process the grain, constantly adding new portions. The crusher is connected to the 220 V network, therefore it can be used wherever there is access to a stationary outlet.

Grain crusher "Farmer D-3" is equipped with a special start-push button (PNV 30U2), which ensures stable operation of the device with unstable parameters of the electric network.

Hammer drum interrupts the grain in several parts, the output is fodder (yolk). By changing the screen you can get both small and large grinds.

The disk with hammers consists of 24 hammers made of hardened tool steel 3 mm thick.

The crusher ensures a uniform grinding of the feedstock with a low formation of fine dust-like fractions, and also has the possibility of regulating the degree of crushing.

The power section of the unit is assembled on the basis of a reliable electric motor, which provides the necessary power reserve.

We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.
