He is portrayed as a warrior with a spear. Bishamonten is the patron saint of warriors, and therefore he is dressed in military armor, and his hand holds a spear. He has a small pagoda in his other hand. The pagoda is a treasure tower from which he gives wealth to all good people. Hotei is one of the seven gods of happiness. Patron of fun, joy, communication and well-being. It is believed that it predetermines people's fates and helps in the realization of cherished desires. The belief is connected with this: if a figure of Hotei is stroked more often on the stomach, thinking about something good, then the thought will surely be fulfilled. The image of Hotei is associated with a particular character who lived in China at the end of the 10th century, a little fat monk named Qi Tsi who went to villages with a large canvas bag and a rosary. Legend has it that where he appeared, luck, health and well-being came to people, and happy and kind predictions always came true. When someone asked what was in his bag, he replied that he had the whole world there. Therefore, it is believed that in the bag he carries all human desires. Once, when he was already elderly, sitting at the gate of a temple, Hotei exclaimed: “Oh, people, people, you did not recognize me. But I am the future Buddha-Maitreya. ”And indeed, it is believed that Hotei is an emanation of the Buddha-Maitreya. The Fukurokuju Turtle is one of the seven gods of happiness: the god of learned career, wisdom, and longevity. Sometimes Fukurokuju is portrayed turning into a turtle - a symbol of longevity, wisdom and the universe. Ebisu - one of the seven gods of happiness, patron of good luck. Depicted in a high hat, with a fishing rod and fish Tai. The sacred fish Tai is considered a symbol of good luck and spiritual achievements. According to legend, it is very difficult to catch the sacred carp with bare hands in the clear sky water - it is just as difficult to achieve peace of mind, harmony and enlightenment. Sometimes Ebisu acts as a patron of fishermen and sailors. Dzyurodzin-he was the god of longevity and happy old age. They say he was the mentor of Fukurokuju, who was also the god of longevity and wisdom. Dzyurodzin is a small old man with a long white beard. For the Japanese, these animals were symbols of long life. Dzyurodzin has a magic staff, a book is tied to it, which contains all the wisdom of the world. Benzaiten, the goddess of luck, wisdom, arts, love and craving for knowledge, is depicted as a girl with a biwa, the national Japanese instrument. Daikoku, the patron saint of peasants, the god of wealth, is depicted with a wish-fulfilling hammer and a sack of rice.

  A gecko with a stand is one piece. Figure length with stand 10 cm, width 5 cm. Gecko is one of my latest works made in Ukraine.  The figurine was fired in a wood-burning stove in Ukraine already during the war.   Geckos are reptiles that belong to the lizard family.  They are very small and come in a variety of colors and appearances.  We can find them on all continents of the world and they are not easy to spot due to their size. Geckos are very adaptable and can survive in a variety of environments, from rainforests to deserts.  Evolution has allowed them to become resistant to these harsh living conditions, as well as avoid being trapped by predators.    People who have a gecko totem are very smart and quick-witted. They can understand every situation they are in and this helps them take the next step.  You can never really guess what these people are thinking, and it's hard to get inside their heads.   This is a very unusual gift in a single copy for the whole world.  Even I can't repeat it.  The gecko will decorate your tea space and become a wonderful tea friend for you.

I present to your attention a very unusual and lively figurine LIZARD - WANDERER.  He has a very expressive look.  When I look at the Lizard, it is like a living thing for me, looks back and waits for my question.  I think you will have the same impression when you hold it in your hands. Small figurine 50 mm high, 40 mm wide.  Fits perfectly and looks great in any space.  The Lizard can be used as a tea figurine (tea pet ) in gongfu cha tea cremony, it is not afraid of boiling water, but it is fragile. This figurine of a M onkey on a tree is made entirely by hand from natural clay.  Its height is 4 cm. The figurine has come a long way from idea to realization. This is a well detailed figurine.  The monkey is painted with different colors of engobe, which gives it realism. The monkey is not afraid of water (boiling water).  Therefore, you can safely water it with tea if you use it as an unusual tea pet. But be careful, the figurine is fragile and can break.
