Description

This composition represents my personal approach to more than a century of history from the First World War to the present day - the famous event when the Ukrainian border guard on Snake Island sent "Russian warship Go f**k you!..."

On a playful postcard from the First World War, which I hardly found in a single copy (or maybe someone has it, I don’t know), a pointer on a pole with an arrow points to a “warrior” who needs to make the right choice - to go to fight on Devil’s Island " (Snake Island on which the Ukrainian border guard sent a Russian ship) - or return with empty pockets "it's good that I'll go further at public expense" (lower inscription)

On the right is a postcard with a lighthouse stamp on this Snake Island, issued in 2020, on which is pasted the famous stamp with the cancellation of the first day of April 12, 2022, depicting the already legendary island with a lighthouse on Snake Island and a border guard - 3000 copies of such postcards have been issued.

And on a very, very small number of such postcards with the heading "Russian Warship, Go F ...", 04/12/2022 canceled on the same day at the main post office in Kyiv. This was done by the lucky ones, who on that day had both a stamp (there were kilometer-long queues to buy it!) And a postcard, one of 3000 issued earlier and prepared for this occasion by collectors. This is a real rarity that I had a hard time picking up. With grotesque and peculiar humor... One hundred years ago...

Thus, you have two postcards in your collection - one more than a century old with a certain prophecy, in the only copy known to me so far, and a rare postcard stamped "Russian Warship  Go F**k " with cancellation on the first day at the main post office in Kyiv, which are here A few dozens.

On April 14, 2022, this ship was destroyed by Ukrainian troops. The uniqueness of this sign lies in the fact that the day after it was awarded, on the night of April 13-14, 2022, the M.o.s.k.v.a flagship cruiser was successfully attacked by two Neptune anti-ship missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, after which it sank. And at the moment lies at the bottom of the Black Sea. This information was confirmed by the R.u.s.s.i.a.n Ministry of Defense on April 14, 2022. The sinking of the flagship cruiser M.o.s.k.v.a was Russia's most expensive military loss in the war with Ukraine. With an initial cost of around $2 billion, the cruiser's residual value is estimated at $750 million. It is also the largest naval loss since World War II. We ship all the parcels from Ukraine (from our logistics centers in Kyiv and Chernivtsi) via international services (FedEx, UPS) in two stages. 

First a parcel is sent by express delivery service to Europe, and then, it is shipped by air mail to the United States, Canada or Europe. 

You can see the movement of the parcel by a tracking number only in the second stage - 4-6 days after sending your order from our center. We estimate the delivery time to 12-18 days.

Express delivery is available only on individual request. Please contact us if you need Express delivery before placing an order so we can update shipping options.

Customs duties and taxes
